I was not given the property that I booked. I was transferred to another property and it did not have a working refrigerator, so food spoiled and was wasted. Was told that the property would be cleaned every other day and it was cleaned once in 7 days. The sheets did not fit the bed, the comforter had stains, there was noise from construction in the adjacent apartment, the internet did not work for over 24 hours so I couldn't work, the power went out several times, and there was only 10 minutes worth of warm water for a shower. This was definitely lipstick on a pig. I ended up buying paper towels, hangers, and basics that were not provided. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Do not let the word "luxury" deceive you. Had I known that this was an individually managed property, I would have never booked it. I thought it was managed by the hotel that was connected.
