"We had a great time at this property. Less than 10 minutes to Watkins Glen and the Gorge Trail. Multiple wineries with 10 minutes. Also a bunch of markers markets and local farm stores within 20 minutes. We really enjoyed exploring the area and then winding down on the back porch at night after a day out. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to explore the Watkins Glen or Seneca Lake Wine Trail."

Beautiful lakefront property and a variety of ways to enjoy it; spacious upper level deck with amazing views, a mid-level deck with even more space and grill and table, a lake level fire pit, and of course, the beautiful dock. "For someone with mobility issues this property would not work, but for anyone else this place is exceptional. With a beautiful layout that is thoughtfully furnished, immaculately clean, extremely well equipped, and ideally located both for convenience and aesthetics it met or exceeded all of our expectations. "This property is in a perfect location. The house was clean and had all the stuff you could need to enjoy your stay. Silverware, cups, plates towels, blankets, bedding ect. Just beware the low ceilings down stairs, they got my husband a few times. The lake and docks are stunning. The hot tub was very clean. All around a great stay."

"Very cute place rental and convenient to Cornell. Price was very reasonable. We would recommend this place to others and definitely stay here again. Some extra amenities would be a very nice addition such as having some extra TP, hand/ dish soap (shower soap was empty), paper towels, napkins, etc. There was coffee which was awesome-- we had brought our own so we were all set. "From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed into our home away from home. David & Holly had a happy birthday banner hanging in the main room and left a heart shape of rose petals on the master bed as an anniversary surprise! There was a loaf of fresh baked bread in the kitchen and farm fresh eggs in the fridge. Both were so delicious and we enjoyed them each morning for breakfast. "Paradise in the mountains, sums it up. We love the area and frequent as much as we can throughout the year. We were lucky enough to find this beautiful home close to off roading trails and hiking trails. We have already booked our second stay and hope to enjoy many more here."
