"Checking in was not a good experience. Desk attendant was a little rude when we tried to check in 15 minutes before 4 pm. The exterior of the property is very run down. Our room was between two rooms that obviously have residents who live there full time. When we got to our room it was spacious and clean. We did sleep well and the price was very reasonable. It gives credence to the old adage, "You get what you pay for." I probably would not stay there again. It served it's purpose for a one night's stay."

"NEVER AGAIN will we book our stay in this hotel! We had confirmed reservations but when we got there, we had no room and nobody to talk to coz its self check in and customer service was terrible. We only got informed (thru email)that we had no accommodations when we got to the hotel at 10:40pm after we were assured (also thru email) two hours prior that our room was ready. The agent that I spoke to ( after waiting on the line for 20 mins) also hang up on me without even resolving our problem or even apologizing for the inconvenience. We had to look for another place to stay late at night and had to pay 3x the price of this hotel coz of their mistake. You should be ashamed of yourselves! And you should be reimbursing us for the payment of the other hotel accommodation .Kiteville Owego in New York is the worst ever!! And your customer service is also terrible!! Somebody should have at least called us to inform us about your overbooking earlier, not by email coz nobody always checks emails while driving. If there was an option for no star in this review, that is what you will be getting from me. TERRIBLE! NO STARS!!!!"

"Check-in was smooth, and they accommodated my request for a room I had previously stayed in, which I appreciated. I’ve stayed here numerous times and have always had great experiences. This stay was lovely overall, but there was one unpleasant moment around 10:45 a.m. when housekeeping knocked and then entered the room while I was changing, despite my asking who was there. Aside from that, everything else was excellent."

"Decently priced hotel located in a really good area between buttermilk falls and downtown Ithaca the rooms are clean the staff was friendly and helpful I really enjoyed my stay I would definitely book again"

The room was spacious and comfortable, clean bed and clean bathroom, "but"... carpet floor in the room was d-i-r-t-y/filthy, reason i noticed is because my earing fell off, when looking for it, it's when i realized the conditions of it, makes you wonder how often the rooms are vacuumed."
