"What an excellent weekend away we had at The Lamb Hotel in the centre of Ely right opposite the Cathedral. I booked three dinner bed & breakfast rooms for our friend’s 60th birthday surprise. Our rooms a-joined the car park and were comfortable clean and spacious. The included dinner was great, catered for our gluten free friend and there was plenty of choice. Breakfast was very very slow, taking well over an hour to get our cooked breakfast - which for us was ok but they do need to iron out this issue. Parking is limited on site, but we were able to park up ok which was a great advantage. All in all was a great value weekend break and will definitely return."

When we did checkin my partner's birthday was acknowledged and our room was upgraded! Room was spacious. A little worn in places but overall clean and comfortable. Had drinks in the bar but ate out other than breakfast. Breakfast was all buffet style but worked well. Would stay again if returning to the area."
