The staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly and helpful!! Whenever we are in the area we will be staying there😊 The room was perfect and had all we needed and more. If I have to say a negative, the only thing is the carpet has some stains, but how are you to avoid that?!! We loved this hotel!!

Less air freshener….headache inducing. An set of towels would be helpful

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was kind.

When we arrived, neither the outdoor or indoor pool was open. We were told it would open at 9pm, it did not. This was also two years in a row that the waterpark wasn't open. Opened up the sofa bed- the mattress was so old, there was no support. The springs were sticking out of the mattress- it was not able to be slept on due to it being that uncomfortable. Tried to call the front desk for more towels- followed the instructions on the phone to reach the front desk, but it would not go through. Had to walk down to desk and no one was there. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come. I had paid for the room upon booking, but when we checked out, my card was charged a second time. They said they would correct it, but I have not received the refund yet. Perks of the resort- large spacious rooms, fishing options close and convenient- right off dock on property. Linens and towels were clean.
