“Room smelled like smoke and the door looked like someone punch a hole in it, amenities were fine. At breakfast they ran out of a few things but was fine.”

“Chose to stay 30 minutes from our venue due to the hotel and amenities advertised. Beautiful pool and hot tub on the site of this location however, after checking in, we discovered there was no operating pool that had not been working 8 months! Also no hot tub as it had been filled in with concrete since 2020! The mattress in our room was very old, warn, lumpy, and uncomfortable! “The staff was very nice. It’s lovely they allow dogs. The property needs some work, the room itself was not great The beds were incredibly lumpy and in need of upgrade. The room was clean though and it had a refrigerator and microwave. I wouldn’t expect breakfast on site as an “amenity” as it was very limited with fruit (maybe they ran out of food?). The only amenity besides two extra rolls of toilet paper and a bar of soap. The staff was very nice and for their hospitality I give them three……
