The hotel is a good base for one night. We've used it many times. We rarely have dinner but we did this time and it wasn't very good, to be honest. The food wasn't very hot and they were very short-staffed so the waiting time was quite long. However when a member of staff asked us later on how the meal was, I just mentioned that it was so-so. She immediately offered the 4 of us a free dessert each which was quite unexpected. She must have been a supervisor to be able to authorise this. Well done!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful especially Blue. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was lovely, and the overall service was excellent. The location was convenient, and the hotel provided a pleasant and comfortable experience throughout our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again!
