Rooms were very clean and staff helpful and welcoming. Perfect location, with bus stop right outside and short walk to 3 different beaches and multiple beach clubs."

All the staff were polite and friendly The reception staff were knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist you with any queries you had The breakfast were well presented with a great choice to choose from. The only complaint I had was that the hot food in the containers could have been hotter as there was no evidence of any heaters on them"

"The location is good, close to bus lines to the centre of the city. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place is impeccable. However, not all amenities are as advertised, as the Hotel is not completely finished. The pool, the cafeteria and gym etc. are still under construction."

"The location was great - proximity to Palma, bus line, beach - but not what I would consider a 5 star hotel. Service was lacking and a bit disappointing; for example the airline lost our luggage and I asked for a brush to be delivered to our room, and it never was despite 2 calls. One morning we scheduled room service for a time indicated on their ordering card (10 am - 10:15 am); it arrived at 10:40 am after a phone call. The experience contrasts with other 5 star hotels where the service is impeccable. "

"Breakfast was very nice with good choices for hot and cold, nice fresh fruit and pastries, cheese and yogurt. Staff were very friendly, always greeted with a smile and genuine interest in how your holiday was going. Plunge pool was lovely, even in April for a refreshing dip. Room with balcony was nice to look over the harbour. Close to many restaurants cafes and bars and easy to walk to all the sites. "

"Our room was a sea view with a balcony but the room and bathroom was very old and dated. There was no hot water unless you ran the tap Or shower for over 12/14 mins. For that price I’d expect a nice room and bathroom not an old dated one with mouldy old tiles and sanitary ware."
