“The hotel is in a quiet part of the Old Town but only a very short walk from excellent bars and restaurants. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was beautifully presented. Beds made and fresh towels each morning with a thoughtful treat left each evening. The breakfast was of a very high quality including Cava as an option! On the roof is a terrace bar with loungers and a splash pool large enough to fully immerse oneself. Essential after a hot day. My wife and I felt……

“Very happy. We had a terrace room - lovely - although it was too hot to use the terrace most of the time (July), Very helpful staff on front desk. Good air-conditioning in room. When we arrived I realised it was the square where we had had cocktails several times previously - for us it the perfect location, as in a main shopping area and lots of bars and restaurants around. I would definitely stay there again”

“This was the perfect stay in Palma! A beautiful quiet street close to everything with incredible staff and very modern and comfortable rooms. I had a room overlooking the inner courtyard and it was perfect. The rooftop was a nice escape as well. The staff was 100/10. I cannot speak highly enough about everyone who worked the front desk. “Sehr schöne Zimmer, die als kostenlos angepriesenen Services wie Zugang zu Puro Beach uns shuttle zum Beach entpuppten sich als sehr teuer und waren so gut wie nicht buchbar. Es dauerte ewig zu checken ob noch frei oder nicht. Frühstück hatte eine gute Qualität . Raucher müssen vor der Türe stehen ohne Aschenbecher.”

“Absolutely incredible hotel! The room, the food, the decor & the facilities were beyond Amazing! Our flight home was cancelled last minute, so we ended up finding this hotel by chance & so glad we did - because it is now one of our favourite hotels in the world! The staff were fantastic & the night manager Luis, who checked us in - was so helpful & so kind! 100% recommend staying here!”

“Terrible customer service at reception. We arrived from 24 hours of travelling at 1am. They refused to give us a room because it was booked under a different company. I showed them my booking through Expedia with full payment at least they could have done is let us have the room and then sort it out in the morning. 1hr later, speaking with Expedia customer service until 2am they gave us the room. Advice to reception just be a human.”

“Everything was great enjoyed the Stay staff was super helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the only had breakfast in the restaurant, but the breakfast was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable centrally located to all the cool stuff in town.”
