The Hotel was Great, and the Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, music was playing very loud from the outside. It played passed 1am and I was unable to get any sleep.

What can I say? This hotel is absolutely stunning, the decor, the vibe, the ambience! From the moment we checked in we were treated like special guests, we had an amazing stay, the W beach is lovely. Highly recommend, shout out to all of the staff from the porters to waiters ! Special mention to Francis and Francisco Lin, it was a pleasure to meet you both

Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Food quality good, breakfast v nice, table service for coffee and egg based options with a vast buffet too. Pool area very comfortable for a relaxing day and free use of beach club. Tuesday at beach club great value 145 for ladies drinks all afternoon

The staff are very professional and he property itself is lovely. Unfortunately there was a new hotel being built right outside the hotel and the piling started at 6am. The noise as horrendous. In fairness to the hotel they moved us immediately to the opposite side of the property which was so much improved. The noise was also very apparent on the beach and what should have been a relaxing break as I am in recouperation, sadly was not. Our point to the manager was that the company were well aware of the noise pollution and they should a) be communicating this on their site and b) not checking guests into those rooms.

nice hotel, way overpriced, with building work stating very early in the morning, drilling plies into the ground, directly next door. You’d think an early night might be the best solution, however that was also impossible with the noise from the bar / nightclub on the top floor every night until 02:00AM. will not be staying again.

My best ever hotel experience. Stylish, immaculate, beautiful room, well located with incredible staff. We chose the hotel to celebrate my partners 30th birthday, and the effort and care taken from the team was incredible. They put up balloons, gave us little treats, and made sure we had a great room. They made it unforgettable- extra special thanks to Assma, Hadjer, Anna & Basni, they are a credit to the hotel. An extra bonus- I was not aware that the hotel gives you access to facilities at Westin & Meridien next door! Also, make sure you visit Attiko, the rooftop bar.
