It offers a flat terrain, ideal for distance walking or biking. Since we are near local beaches, restaurants, and shops, many guests choose to do this. Getting Around: For longer journeys, local buses and rideshare services are readily available. Plus, the Pacific Coast Highway offers easy access to nearby attractions, making it simple to navigate this charming coastal town. Other Things to Note: This 370 square foot rental is located in a high-density neighborhood of Encinitas with strict house rules and is only suitable for quiet groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without a refund. Very well appointed new construction. Management was very attentive and check in details were super. Neptune is a great walking street with tons of activity and restaurants/coffee shops/bars and beach to walk to. Small one bedroom but worked well for the dog me. Limited natural light and no views but I was not there much.
