Check-in was quick. The room was clean and spacious with numerous amenities. Staff were courteous and friendly. When I told the front desk person at check-in that we would be checking out early the next day for my spouse’s medical procedure, the clerk told me that she would ask the breakfast staff to at least have some cold grab-and-go breakfast options ready for us. Everything was amazing and beautiful. The only complaints we had were that the floors were very dirty when we arrived. There was dirt everywhere. The staff was working to clean it but even a few hours later there was still clumps of dirt on the ground in the lobby. In the bathroom there was a hair on the side of the shower which with as nice as the room was we didn't really mind picking it up to throw it away. Our shower was really my only main complaint. I went to shower and the shower head...

We ’ve stayed at the Hampton several times and it’s always great. It’s clean and the pool and Hot tub are always in good condition. Hot coffee and a good continental breakfast. We will be back!

The only thing I would like to see is improvement on breakfast. Everything else was excellent. My brother lives near by and it was convenient for us the 3 days were stayed at the hotel. Oh, the water was great! It was hot.
