"Be sure you choose the right kind of room if booking for handicapped. When I ask for a handicapped accessible room, I expect one with a shower, not a tub. If I need a roll in shower, I’ll be sure that’s what I’m getting. It seems handicapped accessible to some hotels and companies like Expedia, just means a close caption TV! I stand by my previous review, regarding the desk clerk when I checked in (Aiden). His appearance was less than professional, as the first contact. He was sitting on the counter, doing something on his phone and didn’t get off until I was standing in front of him. He had to have heard me enter the hotel. If not, he should be trained to be more attentive. In the process of getting a handicap accessible room, like I booked thru Expedia, he told me the kind of room I needed was about $200 more, because Friday night would be busy, due to a football game and Expedia doesn’t keep up with their daily rate changes. When I was ready to check out, I talked to a different desk clerk (Trevin), who apologized for Aiden’s ignorance and gave me the rate Expedia quoted. I also stand by the fact that one night stand has no electrical outlet for things like CPAPs. Trevin and I discussed a simple solution, so that should be resolved ASAP. Breakfast: typically mediocre. Hard boiled eggs are cooked about 2 minutes too long, so hard to peel. Scrambled eggs are out of a pouch and are terrible. For scones, they weren’t bad. Same with the blueberry muffins."

"Pull out bed could have been cleaner and couch mattress could have had a mattress cover. Room was comfortable but bedding for pull out couch had a hole and needs replacing."

"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet enough to sleep. We have stayed here before and it always seemed a bit tired, but it looks like they have been doing some upgrades and it’s pretty nice now. We will stay here again the next time we pass thru"
