"The hotel is very conveniently located. We ate in the informal restaurant. There was a problem with the fridge so the wine was warm. The seabass meal was very small which is so unusual for Ireland. No veg offered and the staff were just no where to be seen. It may just have been an unlucky night but I wouldn't eat there again."

"There was a major problem with drainage in the shower. After I notified the staff, they cleaned up the bathroom area due to the overflow and I thought the issue was resolved. In the morning the same problem existed."

"My wife and I were only there for one night but really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room overlooked the river and the historic side of the city. Beautiful! The room was also very large and has a very contemporary design. The breakfast was very complete, fresh fruit, your choice of eggs, a variety of juices. Really all you could ask for. The hotel staff was very helpful. The best part of the hotel is it's location in the city. Walking distance to St. John's Castle, St. Mary's Cathedral and world class shopping. "
