I arrived late in the evening and was collected by prearranged free hotel shuttle. The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and very close to the airport. My stay was brief, as I flew out early next morning, but I was very pleased with the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, and excellent value for money.

Touchdown in Entebbe Town

The Frontiers Hotel in Entebbe provides a nice stay at an affordable price when arriving into Entebbe. The room was very clean & comfortable. The hotel staff is amazing and very accommodating to guests. The only negative comment is that the hotel isn’t very close to any stores by which to purchase snacks/drinks. The walk into Entebbe town is 3+ miles with lots of vehicular traffic zooming around. I recommend using a taxi or boda boda to get around.

The WIFI was very poor in the room. I had to use my own pocket router. When I checked in there were dirty plates on the corridor and they remained there till the next day when i had to talk to reception personnel for the plates to be removed.

Overboeking

Breakfast was great. Price was good. No towels until i asked. No drinking water and a broken door to balcony that when we got it shut wouldn't open were all very disappointing.
