The staff who served us were mostly helpful, the room was large enough to accommodate us and our two dogs, and the bed was comfortable. Other than that, we were not happy. The supplies furnished to our room were less than minimal, and our room was never serviced during our 3-day stay even though I specifically asked for it to be serviced. I had to request supplies like coffee, cups, and shampoo from the reception desk. The room was poorly maintained, too. The sink faucet was not firmly attached to the sink, and grout lines in the bathroom were cracked. The room served our purpose — a place to stay for us and our dogs — but it was not a pleasant experience.

Parking was easy and it was a clean hotel

We picked this because it looked very nice and clean from the photos. We got to the room and the room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was empty drink bottle and hangers on the floor. The sheets were dirty on top. The TV didn’t work well. The phone wasn’t even plugged in. Not only that you could hear everything happening outside the room. One of the elevators felt like something was off. It got to the bottom floor and took a minute to open and then rattled before the door opened. Since it was already really late and we’ve driven 9 hours we just ended up staying. Had a reservation for on our way back but cancelled that one after our stay here.
