“The room was clean. But the hallways and lobby were not very clean. Staff was friendly but they told us they were out of towels when we needed some the next morning. Building is out dated. Needs some upkeep and apparently it’s hard to keep housekeepers. They have a lot of guests who are staying extended periods of time. Just not a place we will stay again. Only stayed bc of the indoor pool and hot tub”

“This entire facility is tired, worn out, and in desperate need of renovation. The dishwasher in the room had an access panel laying on the floor and was obviously damaged from repeatedly trying to properly reattach it. The bath tub had an unsightly gouge in it. The walls and furniture were beat up and worn. The staff was pleasant and professional.”

“The place looks nothing like the pictures. The hotel is very old and does not even have an ice machine. They use a drink cooler and fill it with Ice,( very unsanitary) We had requested a king bed and when we arrived the room had no microwave,which we really wanted . I was told not all king rooms have a microwave,so we had to move to a room with 2 queens. Breakfast consists of muffins and bagels,if you want a warm sausage croissant it costs $4. It is not worth $155 + a night. There are not……

“Air filter in room should be changed out. Television had white dots in the picture screen.”

“Bed was comfortable, so it’s a pillows, front desk attendant was very polite.”
