“Rooms were not clean and never received maid service for 2 night stay.”

“Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. On closer inspection the wall paint had large scratches, the caulk was missing in places around tub. The drain in sink had issues but overall the room was well cleaned. The lobby, halls and elevator however were dirty and had a smell”

“No elevators…staff said it has not been working for days and that it will take months to fix. It was very dirty the whole hotel, the restroom was very dirty!!! Horrible service”

“Hotel was mostly clean. Restroom smelled moldy even after front desk came to clean it again. Sunday morning at 7am the fire alarm went off for no apparent reason waking everyone up. Then they started mowing the grass about 730am. Needless to say having an 1130a checkout didn't matter which we were looking forward to after being in town for a funeral and having a very late night.”

“The entire staff were extremely helpful before and during our stay. The room was spacious, and there was plenty of coffee and other amenities available in the room and the shared kitchen. The property was quiet and well maintained. The bed was comfortable - my husband had the best night's sleep he's had in ages. We will be back again - hopefully on a weekend when there is something going on because we want to see the Art Center, etc. when there's some activity.”
