“Convenient and clean property”

“Staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Restaurant/bar in the hotel was pretty great. Only complaint was smell during pool issues at beginning of my stay and the front door to the building was broken/ had an issue with it being really hard to open most times. The walls were very thin and the pictures online kind of raised my expectations too much for what it actually looked like. But great comfortable place to stay with really great staff.”

“We reserved and paid for (a month in advance of our travel) a king suite and when we checked in we were given a room with 2 queen beds and not the king suite we reserved. The front desk staff literally told us that because we did not reserve through them directly, our reserved room that we reserved through Expedia was given to an IHG hotel member instead that had reserved through the hotel directly. They then said they were sold out and that the only room available to us was the non suite room……

“The room could have been cleaner. The sheets were stained, and the bathroom tub and toilet appeared outdated and in need of updating. There was also an unpleasant odor in the room. The bathroom floors looked as though they had not been swept or mopped thoroughly in quite some time. Additionally, there were noticeable damages on the walls and several broken items in the room. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, but the price was economical and reasonable for the stay. Overall, the room needs……
