Location was convenient, close to main attractions, but it's above a restaurant so you can hear people laughing till midnight. Then garbage trucks start rolling in at 6am. If we hadn't read previous review, would not know how to find the main door. You have to enter restaurant courtyard to the left of Casa Carmen restaurant and keep looking for the small AZZ sign on the wall. We were there 3 days 2 nights only gave us 2 coffee pods. Shower was small and slippery, be very careful. Worst was they didn't provide any bed linens nor blanket for the sofa bed. They said we're 2 people so they expect us to sleep in the same bed. If we want bed sheet for sofa bed we must pay extra. Only provided an extra thin blanket because we insisted. That does not make sense...what if we were 2 friends traveling, or parent and adult child? It's not about the fee. It's about common sense and customer service.
