“Das Zimmer war ordentlich und geräumig, leider auch komplett ausgekühlt auf 15°C und die Heizung wurde auf höchster Stufe nur lau warm, dafür waren die Fenster in Bad und Zimmer geöffnet und alles gut durchlüftet jedoch kalt. Ich habe die Fenster geschlossen um zumindest etwas Wärme im Zimmer zu behalten und ging in das Restaurant, welches weder zum Hotel gehört, noch Frühstück anbietet (auch im Hotel gab es kein Frühstücksangebot, es gab nicht einmal Personal). Nach dem Abendessen ging ich……

“Super netter Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, sehr gutes Frühstück mit guten Zutaten. Das Hotel ist ansonsten sehr, sehr modern und gut gelegen. Wir haben dort übernachtet, um am nächsten Tag einen Skitag in Winterberg zu verbringen. Vom Hotel aus ist es nur noch 45 Minuten zur skipiste.”

Ich buchte die Sauna für 10 Euro extra hinzu, danach wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich auch noch ein Handtuch hinzubuchen muss und wenn gewünscht einen Bademantel. Bei 10 Euro könnte man schon Handtücher in der Sauna erwarten... - das kostete nochmals 3 Euro.- Getränke waren ebenso Fehlanzeige in der Sauna...”
