"Location easy few minutes walk from BUS station Amazing service and always helpful reception people. There was absolutely No problem to get the room we ask for with city view and away from elevator. Ready when we arrived – in room there even was a note (sorry it was only written in Spanish which we did NOT familiar with, but the thought was nice at least. After check-in we were show the “Green room” and was explaining the amazing system with too much FREE stuff like Wine and Beer from everyday 2pm to 6am next day. May I suggest some reduction of service here …. Why many pax cannot behave themselves when they got to much of … inside. 2 hours ex from 15-17 (3-5pm) should more than fine with the wine and beer for FREE. Same with the NICE food and soup FREE in the green room. A 5 star coffee machine for all kind of coffee (self service) was also FREE. Reception always 2-3 pax there with help for all kind of question I did have. ONE small complain – Iron board I was borrowed was really useless – just let you know. "

"Lovely stay, clean and modern room, good shower. Plenty of choice on the breakfast and dinner buffets. Lots of rooms by pools but think it would be packed in the summer months. Friendly staff."

"The resort is in a stunning location with its own private beach. Lovely little restaurant on site but plenty within walking distance although lots of steps to negotiate. A lovely stay with wonderful staff. Not for people that struggle with poor mobility. "

"This is a lovely hotel close to the centre of Mahon. My room was quite large with plenty of room and a bath as well as shower in the large bathroom. The staff were really open and friendly. The breakfast is excellent and in a lovely semi outdoor room complete with trees. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. "

"Well appointed hotel with friendly staff. Included breakfast buffet had good choice of menu options, although some 'hot plate' dishes disappointed (not kept properly hot). Cooked to order eggs / omelettes was a good option however. Swimming pools were clean but quite small for any serious swimming."

"Great food and service in the restaurant catering for gluten free very well. The suite is the best room choice as you get the sun all day. The pools are very cold so be aware but there is a great indoor spa area that is perfect. One mark down on service as it took a long time for drinks to arrive when you ordered them on the app for delivery to the pool but other than that it was perfect and we will be back. Well done to the Barcelo team. "
