“A special thank you to the great staff at Starbal villa, they have all been very helpful in eg booking a taxi, making us feel welcome from arrival 7h before check-in. You can order an omelette or/and a crepe for breakfast and get it hot from the kitchen made after your preferences.”

“Perfect location for Es Castell, short walk to the port but also very close for the bus to Mahon. Room was basic but all you need. My only comments would be in regard to check-in - details are sent by email so you need roaming/wifi to access, and (may just be my settings) was VERY small to read - could be complicated for those expecting a reception etc. Link for tourist tax payment did not work but staff were around and able to support on check out.”

“Amagatay is a peaceful oasis in rural Menorca. The hotel and surrounding grounds are stunning. We both felt incredibly relaxed after a spending a couple of days there in the tranquil setting. The service was excellent, with the friendly staff always on hand to help or provide recommendations. My partner had a massage there and said it was one of the best she ever had. “When we first arrived it was late and on getting into the room we were a little disappointed; it’s very basic with no tea/coffee facilities and the mattress on the bed is extremely thin and hard. It was clean, but just felt a bit bare and tired - my partner likened it to staying at your nans house! However, we started relaxing into the place after the first day. The pool area is really rustic and special, and at times you could literally hear a pin drop around it. If they were to add a few……

“We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and its convenient location just 15 minutes from the airport. We stayed in a one bed apartment which was spacious and nicely furnished/decorated. We were staying on an all inclusive basis but it was great to have the small kitchen facilities in the room.
