“Pros: The house was great, good airconditioning, nice facilities, swimmingpool but also the kitchen, bbq and sitting areas. Also the host was very kind, explained everything and maked sure we had a nice stay. Cons: If you want to go somewhere, also supermarket you need a car to come there unless you want to do everything with taxi. Nothing is on walking distance.”

Die Property Managerin hat sich umgehend per WhatsApp gemeldet und am nächsten Tag waren wir bereits vor Ort und haben uns persönlich kennengelernt bei der Übergabe. - Alles war sehr sauber - hübsch eingerichtet - Pool wird täglich gereinigt - Müll täglich abgeholt - mehrfach durch Property Managerin nachgefragt ob alles okay ist - das Grundstück ist unglaublich schön und ruhig Es hat uns sehr……

“We were very disappointed with this property. At our arrival we were given the wrong code to enter. The restaurant next to the property helped us. Pictures from the website were taking at least 10-15 years ago. Grounds unkept, no toilet paper, no dish towels , no trash bags, no broom, only 2/7 bathrooms had trash cans. BBQ dirty, pond with green stagnant water a source of mosquitoes. For the amount of money that I spent on this place, I’m sure I could have found something so much better and……

“Pros: The outside setting was stunning! We had a wonderful time. The nearest supermarket is around 7mins driving in Andratx. The drive to the house is windy and climbing the mountains - very stunning. Our kids loved the pool and the interior of the house was very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and everything you need for a great time. The hosts Marta and Magdalena were lovely and check in process super easy. Highly recommend!”

“Pros: Het huis ligt heerlijk afgelegen echter is alles in de omgeving. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en indien er iets mist is de communicatie met de eigenaren hartstikke goed. Wij hebben echt heerlijk genoten”
