“The property was incredibly charming. We loved the goats, frogs and cats. They weren’t intrusive just added to the quirkiness of the place. For the price it was excellent. The walk to Sant elm was easy once we worked out the path rather than the road which was busy and no pavements. Sant elm is a fabulous holiday resort for high end bars and restaurants. “Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in den ersten beiden Oktoberwochen in dem Ferienhaus. Die negativen Bewertungen können wir nicht verstehen. Das Haus ist landestypisch eingerichtet. Ja, der Geruch... so riecht nun mal Holz der älteren Bauart. Auch gibt es mehr als genügend Geschirr. Auch bei uns hat eine Kaffeemaschine nach 12 Tagen aufgegeben was wohl an dem hohen Kalkgehalt im Wasser liegt. Wir hsben sie gegen eine günstige neue ausgetauscht. Die Liegen müssen ständig größere Gewichte……

Minuspunkte gibt es für die Lage in einer Strassenkurve am Hang - sprich 08:00 Uhr war an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken wegen der stark bremsenden Autos. “My friend group took our annual trip international for the first time, and the bar couldn't have been set higher by Matilde and her villa. The property was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room both inside and out to relax and hang out.
