"This place is like having your own paradise. Some days the family just wanted to stay at the house vs exploring the island. This place is a few minutes outside of of town, but that was what we loved. We were not in the craziness of all the busy places and traffic. Halyna the property manager was always responsive. "

"The house is good overall. However, it doesn’t feel well-maintained. After we arrived, the WiFi was not working and had to contact customer service to fix it. The linens and towels feel a bit old and not smelling fresh. The location is not super convenient. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you want a complete getaway from urban life. Next time we will probably just book multiple rooms with a local hotel, as there are quite a lot of serviced hotels on the island, and they offer a similar...

"This is a fabulous holiday home, in a great neighbourhood not far from the airport with beach, shopping and a variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. Ubers are plentiful and reasonably priced for going into the city, and the wider road network is easily accessed for exploring the island. "Mateu was a fantastic host! Lovely fresh orange juice from his trees, beautiful lemons for out G&Ts! The house was excellent with everything you would need. Although a little walk into the village to buy our provisions, Mateu kindly provided a trolley to enable us to transport the heavier goods. Fully recommend this property. Great swimming pool and Tennis court!"

"This is the top property we have stayed in. The views, the pool, the attention to detail in all aspects was superior. The parking in Deià was difficult so we didn’t venture down the hill often but we were very content to just relax and enjoy the villa. We had issues with mosquito bites, and later found many ways to repel them in the drawers throughout the villa. Kitchen had wonderful plates, knives, pans. Beds were extremely comfortable. "The property was incredibly charming. We loved the goats, frogs and cats. They weren’t intrusive just added to the quirkiness of the place. For the price it was excellent. The walk to Sant elm was easy once we worked out the path rather than the road which was busy and no pavements. Sant elm is a fabulous holiday resort for high end bars and restaurants. "This is in the center of Palma and close to many restaurants and activities. It was walkable to so much. Parking was a bit difficult, but they do have parking garages near by that are not affiliated with the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. There are multiple beautiful pools to enjoy. The breakfast was a bit pricy, so we didn’t get it. It was a buffet with many options it appeared. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. I would definitely stay again. "

"The staff are wonderful, welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my stay here although I wouldn't recommend using the steam sauna. It's outdated, has a moldy smell and the paint is peeling. The tiled area in the sauna area could use a refresh. Other than that the rooms were clean, updated and the beds were comfortable. "
