"Very clean and helpful staff"

"Stayed March 2026! We very much enjoyed our stay! Great size room, ac was amazing after being in the sun all day. 2 blocked from malecon & the church. Clean and tidy. Staff is always friendly! Breakfast was limited but there were two of us and we shared and it made it easier for us also it’s free ! Lol Bed was a little firmer than I liked but that’s my preference. And I saw reviews about outdated furniture but that didn’t bother us at all. It was a great stay thank you to the wonderful staff!! "

"The rooms were spacious and the kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed. Good view of the water from the deck, with some traffic noise from the road below. The staff and property were great. The pool and landscaping were lovely. It was perfect for our family."

"El hotel está bien ubicado y bien cuidado. Lo único es que la atención en la recepción no fue lo mejor. Una de las chicas no explico bien el transporte a las playas, no nos quiso dar más toallas para el baño y fue algo grosera al atendernos a nosotros y a otro cliente. "

"Been traveling to la Paz for years and this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed. The property is old and not maintained definitely not like the pictures they share, the room was dirty and the beds were old. The shower head was so old it sprays water all over the place and the bathroom floor was soaking wet after every shower. Girl next door got stuck in the bathroom for like an hour until staff was able to open the door for her. Went to have breakfast and the staff was super rude like if they all hated their job. "

"Apparently relatively new hotel. There’s no steps in there, which was a little strange. Staff was helpful and very clean. It was a nice hotel overall. If you like to walk, you can get to a lot of places which was great for us, otherwise you will definitely need a taxi for most everything . "

"Lots of shops and restaurants near by. Just a few blocks from the malecon. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We really appreciated being let in early after arriving by ferry. "

"This was a small bedroom in a shared living space. It was a cute little bedroom, and the shared space was cute as well. We weren't sure if we were supposed to use the kitchen, so we didn't. It was a little inconvenient and awkward sharing a bathroom, but it worked out okay. The bed wasn't super comfortable, but we slept pretty well. I didn't realize there wasn't any housekeeping service. We were only given 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths. I needed a new bath towel after a couple days, so I sent a message to the WhatsApp number that I had, and got a new towel shortly after that. There were a few washcloths in the bathroom close to the sink when we arrived. There were no paper towels, so I assumed the washcloths were to dry your hands after you washed them, but they were never replenished during our 3-night stay, so I couldn't dry my hands after washing them. Also, there was no bath mat, and the bathroom floor got very wet after a shower (the shower floor either wasn't sloped or was sloped the wrong way,) so a mat would've been really nice. Getting in and out of the building and our room was difficult due to all of the locks and keys. It took a while, but we finally figured out the most efficient method. We would do things differently if it were our place. There was a very sweet, very quiet dog that lived there. His name is Blackie. :) The location was excellent, and the price was right. We would probably stay here again. "
