Beautiful condo we enjoyed our stay.

This resort was horrible! Went for boyfriend’s birthday and was never able to use any of the pools including the swim out I paid for! The swim out pool had algae and was never cleaned until the last night we were there! There was vomit in the adult pool and the beach is not swim able! The staff never responded to our requests! The blinds were broken I had to use my hair clip for privacy and the food was terrible!

The resort itself is beautiful and very spacious. However, because of its size, guests must rely heavily on golf carts to get around. We found that a significant amount of time was spent waiting for transportation, as many areas are not within comfortable walking distance. I have stayed at several all-inclusive resorts, and this was the first one where guests were required to scan their wristband for virtually every service, including food and beverages. Even while relaxing at the pool, we were asked to scan our wristband each time we ordered from the bar. While I understand the need to verify guests, the constant scanning made the experience feel less relaxing. The biggest disappointment was the checkout policy. Once checkout time arrived, our wristbands were deactivated, and we immediately lost access to all food, beverages, and resort amenities. Our flight wasn’t until later that afternoon, so we remained at the resort waiting for our transportation but were unable to enjoy any of the all-inclusive services we had become accustomed to. At other all-inclusive resorts I’ve visited, guests have been allowed to continue using the restaurants, bars, pools, and other amenities until they depart the property and vise versa. Overall, the resort has many positive qualities, but these policies significantly impacted our experience and are areas I believe could be improved to provide a more enjoyable stay.
