"Rooms need to be updated. Reserved 2 rooms , one being for kids but was told they wouldn’t be next to each other. Hot tub wasn’t working. The lady in charge of breakfast was very rude. "

"Breakfast was not enough for the guests. Front desk was also the one preparing for breakfast. They did not have enough staff. People checking out had to wait because the lady in front desk was still busy in the kitchen. People were also waiting for refills. Everything was empty. Literally every container was empty. They should have anticipated that they were fully booked. It was our first time in this hotel and we will never book here again."

"Hotel was a nice long ago. Maybe short staffed now days... Breakfast not much left. The check in clerk was very nice,room was nice and clean,old furniture and appliances. Pool was closed. However no water pressure, not many welcom toiletries etc.... pretty much water pressure and cleaner towels,with ac filters cleaner. "
