“Ok for a cheap night flop, but the swimming pool is dry, ice machine out of order, and breakfast is cereal and pastries. We reserved 2 queen beds on the ground floor but took a smaller king room since my wife can't walk upstairs and that was the only option. That room had only 2 thin foam pillows on the bed, so I asked the manager for more pillows and got 2 extra. Amazingly, a couple of hours after checkout I got call from the same manager accusing me of stealing one of his pillows because……
