If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was semi quiet. Smoke alarms went off 2 nights in a row. Nice property, just not fully what we needed. Good communication, just didn’t sleep well.

Small but spacious
It was a little hard to find. We pulled up to the address and the guest house is actually all the way in the back and not seen from the road. To get to it you had to walk down the driveway with vehicles and a camper and go through the gate. The inside was nicely laid out. Our biggest problem was ants. The house was clean but the ants just kept coming. They got into our kids snacks and we quickly found out we had to either put it in the fridge or zip lock bags. There was even several ants in the beds. It was very frustrating pulling ants off my 8 month old. That said the house would be great without the ants! The beds were nice. The kids loved the bunk room. I would suggest adding another box fan for the other bedroom. It can get a little warm in the house.

Very nice place
The cottage was very nice. There were lots of food staples & beverages available, which was nice. Beds were comfy. Although it's 700 sq ft it feels plenty big. The ceilings are all very tall! There was a bit of a problem with pill bugs & ants while we were there, but they brought spray & traps so hopefully that is better. The cottage is tucked behind the main house, so it'd nice if there were more details on that included in the "getting there" or check in section of the website. We arrived after dark, so it was rather confusing. Overall very nice place.
