"Fantastic hotel! We were flying out of Frankfurt after a 2 week tour of Germany so I wanted a couple of days there to check out the city (shopping) and this was the perfect location. The hotel is modern (the decor a little too out there for my taste, 90's Vegas neon flashing lights and blasting music but it was fine). For the first time our entire trip we were put in a room far from the elevator so was quiet (well besides construction outside but that wasn't the hotel's fault). Everything was walkable with tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious with great amenities like bathrobes/slippers, coffee pod machine, and a bar fridge which was great. The breakfast was fantastic, one of the best ones our entire 2 week trip which even included made to order eggs/omelettes, a huge selection of loose leaf teas and they even had vegan items. You know its a good hotel when you see cruise ships using it as well as local airlines for their flight staff! Only negative is there was a very foul odour coming from the drain in the bathroom that gave a funky smell to the room otherwise it was perfect. I can't comment on parking, we decided to return our car early so we could just walk as we didn't want to deal with a car downtown plus they had very high parking rates. All in all I would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Communication with the front desk was nearly impossible though. I had a package sent and tried to check in advance if it was being held for me and could not get anyone to answer an email or phone call after numerous attempts. And some of the front desk staff were less than helpful and a bit rude. But if all you need is an inexpensive and comfortable room it's fine."

Huge REWE supermarket around corner that has everything. 2 minute walk to UBahn station. Excellent German bar/restaurant across street, reasonably priced, neighborhood patrons."

"The tragedy of this place is that it's a nice place, but no-one working there gives a damn. The housekeeping is beyond bad. The floor, bathroom and bed were great - they obliviously only concentrate on that. When I checked in the room had a plastic bag tied over the smoke detector as I guess the precious guest wanted to smoke, and housekeeping just left it there. And I had to go to the aldi opposite and buy stuff, which I then used the scrub the walls for half an hour untl they were clean. There scuffs, celotape marks, handprints, and many liquid spills all over the walls. There were only 2 coathangers as the rest were broken, and not even a mug to make a coffee. So potentially a nice place as the rooms are ok, as is the location. But in reality the laziness of the housekeeping left it utterly filthy."
