They arranged for same day delivery of a hairdryer, which was greatly appreciated. "The staff members I met were all friendly and efficient. The room I stayed was great, except it was way too cold for me to sleep comfortably. I raised the temperature on the thermostat, which did not work at all. I told it to the front when checking-out, he kindly told me that they could have solve the problem if I had informed it. Well, next time. Oh, one more thing, the breakfast could be a little better. Suggestion - roasted potatoes or vegetable for vegetarian/vegan people, please!"
