“Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. There is some slight noise from upstairs on occasion, but nothing disruptive or disturbing of sleep. The……

“Great location, enjoyed Edgewater Public Market, Sloan Lake. Rupert's great breakfast place. House was perfect for our needs over Thanksgiving. I didn't host here, but kitchen was equipped enough for me to cook some holiday favorites.Very comfortable living room & bedrooms. Have newer, nicer couches than shown in the picture.Struggled with opening the lockbox to get keys, but otherwise everything was great.We'll hope to stay here again next time we're in the Denver area.”

“We loved our 3 night stay at this great little suite. The area is beautiful with many historic houses and mansions in the surrounding blocks. All the excitement of Coldax is just a block away, 10 mins to Ogden Theatre and 10 minutes to the Red Rocks shuttle stop at Illegal Pete’s. Many great restaurants within 10 min walk from the property, and downtown and the RiNO neighbourhoods are about 35 mins away walking. “We loved staying here- it was the perfect access to Golden's amazing downtown. However, the listing is misleading. You are not near the Table Mountain Hotel- instead there are mini homes located together you stay in which are clean , and VERY comfortable. Finding the home was difficult- I think if the picture showed the actual home instead of a nearby grocery store, that would have made it easier. GOS is not always accurate. ”

“We had a great little weekend stay. The host was very responsive and really accommodating to our late arrival and needs. We enjoyed coffee on the patio (though it was chilly out) watching the deer. This place had all the little amenities we didnt know we needed until we needed them. Would definitely recommend. ”
