“Every single thing about the stay was fantastic. Comfy bed, tons of space, walking distance to great food and groceries and supplies, well-stocked kitchen supplies, super quiet and private, and great communication from the hosts. As with most vacation rentals, you just need to bring your own toiletries and laundry detergent ($1.50 for the travel size at Walmart next door), and everything else is there for you. I highly recommend this home!”

“We loved our 3 night stay at this great little suite. The area is beautiful with many historic houses and mansions in the surrounding blocks. All the excitement of Coldax is just a block away, 10 mins to Ogden Theatre and 10 minutes to the Red Rocks shuttle stop at Illegal Pete’s. Many great restaurants within 10 min walk from the property, and downtown and the RiNO neighbourhoods are about 35 mins away walking.
