“The house was very nice and enough space for 5 people and had every essential for cooking. The beds are pretty big and so was the couch. Only thing that I would recommend fixing is a bit more improvement in cleanliness, it’s not dirty dirty but under the beds need to be broiled. ”

All the excitement of Coldax is just a block away, 10 mins to Ogden Theatre and 10 minutes to the Red Rocks shuttle stop at Illegal Pete’s. “Every single thing about the stay was fantastic. Comfy bed, tons of space, walking distance to great food and groceries and supplies, well-stocked kitchen supplies, super quiet and private, and great communication from the hosts. As with most vacation rentals, you just need to bring your own toiletries and laundry detergent ($1.50 for the travel size at Walmart next door), and everything else is there for you. I highly recommend this home!”

“This was BY FAR one of the most comfy and well-appointed places we have stayed! It was very easy to access and everything from the cozy couch and fireplace to the kitchen island stools and decor was fabulous. We were only there for one night but wished we’d had a longer stay. Daneen was very responsive and it is a 7 minute walk from the cute downtown with restaurants and shops. We had dinner at Brewability/Pizzability—a brewery and restaurant that hires and trains adults with disabilities. It……
