The head rest became loose and was very uncomfortable pushing into my shoulders the entire trip.
We boarded late then taxied for almost an hour. But we arrived almost on time. And we arrived so overall it was good.
I'm disabled and forgot my SSSI letter. The staff was more than willing to help me pre-board. Then I found out upon landing that the connecting flight was at the very end of the concourse. I never would have made it. They provided a cart ride. I am forever grateful.

We ordered a wheelchair for my wife. At United's Economy Check-in we couold no staffer to notify about needing a wheelchair. Airport employee at entrance to security helped get it.
