Incredibly cute, extremely nice staff. Was a great place to stay before setting off on our hike

This was a true Alpine experience! The hotel was like something out of Swiss Family Robinson. It was pristine in every way. The room had everything we would ever need and the owners/staff couldn’t have been nicer. The breakfast was excellent! I wish I could give it a higher score than a 5!

Holy Cow!!! What a find! Really, I can't say enough good things about the hotel, the staff, and our stay. The room was excellent, beautifully equipped, and every want taken care of. Our mini fridge was stocked daily with soft drinks, water, and a couple of beers. Coffee in the room was excellent. The decor was contemporary mountain and beautiful. Helpfulness of the staff was unbelievable! I would have lost patience with me- but they were kind and knowledgeable. Breakfast was crazy!! Yummmmmm...

Very nice hotel, close by the train shuttle station. Has two elevators, a beautiful lobby and excellent dining area. Breakfast was very good; All the 'hotels.com' hotels we have stayed in have provided a good buffet breakfast, clean rooms and good beds. The bed in the Butterfly was softer and more comfortable than all the rest. We would stay here in the future.

Our stay was fantastic, the staff at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful. Having gone there during these COVID period, the hotel did an outstanding job of serving the buffet breakfast in a very safe and enjoyable manner. We stayed with our dog and the cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning our room. The view is amazing, the staff is there to always help in any way they can. We will be back again hopefully soon!

We arrived in Zermatt by train, and the hotel provided free transportation from the train station. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The hotel's 'lobby' is more like a living room, complete with comfortable chairs, fresh flowers and a fireplace. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Amazing hotel with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn

Comfort and perks greatly exceeding expectations for a budget hotel. This hotel's "budget rooms", where we stayed at the height of summer, offer a (ski) lodge experience but also provide access to high end amenities (pool, sauna, workout, jacuzzi etc.). While the budget rooms are below surface level, they are designed to still offer glimpses of mountains and sky. They are also incredibly spacious and equipped with modern furniture and fixtures. The staff was incredible. Beautiful views from our balcony. The included spa had a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna which we fully enjoyed. We considered staying another night after we saw the room for the first time! We would definitely recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.

Great stay in this hotel for a group of 4 friends. It was clean, near the city center, and had a great view of the Matterhorn and other mountains from the balcony. Wish I was able to spend more time in Zermatt and in this hotel.
