Restaurant was closed for the season. We bought our own meals from the supermarket and ate at the lounge area comfortably. I especially liked the spa and gym room at the basement where you workout or rest your body after a long day of walk. The facilities are well maintained and clean

We did not stay at the Inn, they notified us that our reservation had been changed. They booked us at another hotel, which was absolutely beautiful and had a great restaurant. I would stay there again! Cleanest rooms and bathrooms! The bed was wonderful and the staff very helpful. It was the Hotel Porta Cervino.. and it too was walkable from the train station.

We stayed at Porta Cervino as a replacement by the Matterhorn Inn Management for the dates we booked in Feb 2025, Porta Cervino is an excellent hotel, great experience overall though I would have preferred to stay in Zermatt over Tasch, will do that next time I plan to ski in the area!
