The staff was nice but we were surprised that our room did not have a useable mini refrigerator to use without having to pay a fee for it to be emptied as well as a microwave. Our room was very stark and did not look at all like the pictures. The bedroom was nicer but the living/kitchenette was just white walls. We had a great view in the Canyon tower. Be sure to bring your own sweetener for iced tea in the pool area as the bar oddly does not have sweetener. Out of 3 pools, 2 were open 2 days of our stay and only 1 pool open the remainder of the stay. Definitely a long walk to the strip and any places worth seeing. Nice pool area but very limited areas to enjoy.
