When we reserved our room, it indicated there was a continental breakfast included in the stay. That was not to be the case. It was an additional $12 and change.

September 22, 2026 Guests of Pike’s Waterfront Lodge, beware. Park your car at your own risk. We are guests at Pike’s Lodge. We were going to experience dog sledding this morning. Went out to get into the car in the Pike’s parking lot but couldn’t move the car because of the delivery truck illegally blocking our parked car in a Disable parking space in front of the hotel. We asked the front desk to request the driver of the truck to move his vehicle so we can leave. Pike’s receptionist said they couldn’t do anything about it unless driver agrees. We then asked for the manager for her assistance and she gave us the same answer. Their reason was that the delivery driver of US. Foods company refused to move until he finished his delivery. Pike’s manager had to call the operations officer of the delivery truck company to ask the driver to move the truck to no avail. We waited for 45 minutes until driver finished unloading. Only then were we able to leave but unfortunately we were late to our scheduled activity. This is unbelievable!!!! It seems Pike’s lodge has no control over their own parking lot. So guests of Pike’s Lodge, park at your own peril, because Pike’s Hotel has very poor customer service and poor management. Perhaps you can find another hotel instead.
