This was my second stay at this property, and I chose to return there rather than staying at a less expensive place. Coffee and cold drinking water are available in the lobby 24/7. The breakfast has a good .variety, the room is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The Wi-Fi is excellent. There is a nice exercise room. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

Staff were very friendly. Access to coffee, cereal, snacks, water, hot water, tea, fruit, was hrs. When I was doing all night home work in my room I could get coffee and a Twinkie or pastry to pick me up, Everyone was super nice. The only negative i have to say that cleaning staff was knocking at 10:40 am. when check out is at 11 am but I told them to please wait while I was checking that I had all my stuff in order.

Overall, the property itself and amenities presented themselves very well. The pool was nice and my children really enjoyed swimming in it. The breakfast attendants were also very nice and accommodating. We were disappointed that our room wasn't turned over while we were away for the day.

Checked into our room that we reserved 2 queen beds. They oversold rooms and downgraded to one bed and did not tell us and we found out when we got to the room, no discount or apologies given. The sink was missing the drain plug in the bathroom. The bathroom door would not stay closed. The ceiling light cover was laying in the middle of the room. We then used that cover to catch the water that was leaking from the window from the rain to help prevent water damage in the room. We told the gal at checkout and she questioned us why the light cover was off. No clue, it was laying there when we walked in. This room in particular needs some work.
