"The owner was great at communicating with us. The place was in pristine condition. Beds & pillows were comfy as were the couches. The game room was awsome! The grandkids loved it!! . Every morning and evening we had a deer just munching away! "

The breakfast in the morning was good for the kids and we grabbed a cup of coffee at the convenience, store next-door on our way up the mountains."

"This is a beautiful property in a wonderful location at about 9400' above sea level. The cabin is extremely well stocked with everything needed. Lots of bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, chargers, firewood, games. We brought our new dog and were thrilled with the large, fenced, grassy yard area connected to the back porch, where she could safely be let out. The WiFi and TVs worked great. The owners, Tammy and Phillip, were very friendly and quickly responded to any questions or issues, but otherwise did not intrude. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Second time staying at this property. Perfect location for fishing SE Colorado. Not a better value in the region. Got cold and rainy one night. Nice to find the fire in the woodstove was ready to just light a match. Dry firewood on the porch came in handy. Wood fired some steaks on the firepit one night. Deer and turkey hanging around every day. Quiet neighborhood. Lake Beckwith is awesome. Love this place. "
