Fantastic country home.
This was a wonderful place for our family reunion. The house was very clean. We were very impressed with it the minute we walked in. The house was large. The kitchen was equipt with lots of cooking appliances and dishes. We had 14 adults and 10children and 5 babies. There was lots of room for all our activities. It rained and was cold one day but there was plenty of room inside to do the activities. The beds were very comfotable and plenty for all. Some slept on the mats that were provided at the house. Communication with the owners was easy. Any questions were answered quickly. Even before we booked they were so willing to answer any questions. I wish we could have stayed a lot longer here. It was so relaxful and beautiful.

Beautiful, secluded getaway!
This is our second stay and we loved it! We stayed in the Fall and the mountain scenery was beautiful. The cabin is spacious and well stocked. Plenty of room for our party of 12. The cabin provides plenty of entertainment indoors as well as outdoors. Our host was easy to work with and met all our needs. Definitely plan on staying again!

Something for everyone
We had a group of 24 and this property worked so perfectly for us. Plenty of room inside and great outdoor space for games and water fights. Property managers were VERY responsive and helpful. They even got someone there to get the swamp cooler going, on a Sunday. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and helpful! Two fridges were so great for our group! All of the games provided and the hot tub were so perfect. There really was something for everyone! One member of our group forgot something and the property managers were great to let us know and mail it back! The peace and quiet and beauty were good for the soul! I would highly recommend this property!

Great place for a family our size to stay.
We had a great stay. Sledding hill on the property was very fun and the hot tub was a hit. It snowed the day we were there witch made everything so beautiful. And building snowmen was on the agenda too .Very comfortable and well equipped. Made lots of great memories.

Excellent Weekend Getaway
We rented the property for a family reunion with my parents, me and my siblings, and all our spouses and kids. There were things for everyone to do, outside and inside. We all were able to have our own rooms for a bit of privacy, but also had plenty of room to be together in the common areas. The hosts were very communicative. The house was clean and had a lot of amenities. We loved it!

All details & descriptions are accurate; it is a wonderful location to visit with family and has multiple rooms to fit any taste in terms of beds, light rooms, darker rooms, hot tub on the lower level outside deck was a highlight for everyone!

"Home"
We were looking for a place where our family could gather that would be close to our old family homestead in Indianola and this was just perfect in so many ways. Not only was it nearby, we have long-standing family/friend relationship with the Becks! From the very beginning, Katie was a pleasure to work with. She answered all our questions and was very accommodating when it came to some of our unusual needs. The house is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed (and then some). Thank you, Katie and family, for your part in making our family gathering so very special.

Better than the photos!
We loved our stay here, even though we were nervous we wouldn’t all be able to fit comfortably. The home is nicer inside then the photos might suggest and some of our favorite areas were the back porch with the big tables (kids loved eating out there), kitchen was fully equipped to help with food prep, billiards room was so fun, and the yard was like a little oasis with big shade trees and green grass. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for a reunion
We loved this location. There were no neighbors. It was very quiet, and lovely. The house for the most part was very comfortable. We happened to hit a time with high temperatures (92 sat and sun) but by opening the windows at night, and closing them during the day, the house remained reasonably cool. There was plenty of lawn space for the children to play.

We had a great time at Beck's Ranch. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay with 30 family members. I didn't bring any kitchen supplies and it had everything we needed. The house was fun and had lots to do. We loved exploring the property as well. Katie Sue was a great host!

This house was amazing with plenty of room for all 13 of us plus 2 dogs. There are gaming areas and a fun playroom and it was lovely outside so there were walks and two fun spider swings to enjoy. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, very clean and wonderfully decorated. We have decided to make this a tradition and want to come back to this property again. Thanks for making our staf absolutely perfect!!

The house was really fun to explore - all the additions to the farm house made for some interesting spaces for the kids to find. Word of warning - lots of stairs, so if you don't like that, this is not the house for you. We brought an ATV and had fun riding it, and the kids loved the cows and horses - even a llama! The best part was the 2 swings on the big tree. The kids spent hours on those. Terrific place for a retreat. We would definitely go back.

The Perfect guys trip
One of our best friends was getting married so we planned a boys get away and the ranch was exactly what we envisioned. The house is amazing, has everything you need to relax/have fun and enjoy your time away. SO PEACEFUL! Plenty of space, the house is absolutely perfect and had everything you can think of. The Kitchen was fantastic for a large group, the sleeping arrangements worked out for the same as well, we had PLENTY of space. Private, we didn’t get too roudy but we enjoyed ourselves without feeling like we were right on top of neighbors - in fact only saw a small handful of other people all weekend. The patio, the garage, the yard and and all the yard games coupled with the view was the perfect combo. The host is fantastic, very communicative/Friendly/helpful - 10/10 would recommend and 100% hope to make a return in the near future! Thank you for everything!

Great for a family reunion
Our group was right at the maximum for the property (28), but we all fit fine and the kids loved the sleeping pads all over the house. The little ones loved the toy room and the older ones liked the WiFi and cable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We also enjoyed seeing the farm animals around (especially petting the horses). Granted, there are no big resorts or entertainment centers close by, but that wasn’t our purpose. We would highly recommended this completely refurbished historic farm house for an out-of-the-ordinary vacation gathering.
