The lad showing us the flat was lovely Ground floor flat was slightly noisy, but once again, that's fine if you know the area Room and facilities first class "

The annexe was exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable, also a great range of breakfast options which we were not expected so a lovely bonus to the stay. "While the bathrooms and kitchen look quite new and fresh the apartment was a bit dirty and smelly. Many of the walls and furniture were significantly marked, there was rubbish in one of the bins and a pile of what I can only assume was used towels and sheets in the laundry. We had to keep the windows open for our stay to air the place and wash all our clothes after becasue of the lingering smell. The ensuite was a bit smelly, but we could only shower there as there is no seal around the shower...

"Communication was a challenge. We did not receive any communication from the host on how to access the apartment. We also had issue with our Uber to the apartment as the apartment address does not come up in Google maps correctly. We had the hosts phone number by then and he graciously drove the few blocks to pick us and our luggage up and brought us to the location. The day before leaving I messaged a request on where to leave the keys when we left the following day but didn’t receive a...

"Made a mistake booking this accommodation. Appeared great value at first but was awkward to enter, very noisy especially when we were unable to close high windows in bedroom and a disgusting matress and quilt we discovered we were sleeping on when removing sheets, as requested, at the end of our stay."

"Beautiful place to stay, especially for a family! No stores or dining around but a short cab ride got us close to the city! I would definitely stay again, especially if I had a car! Very clean and very safe. There is a bus stop just a five minute walk that will take you directly to the train station, this was a very convenient as well"
