The location is just excellent a walk away from most anything we needed. Apartment itself is spacious with full kitchen.
A terrific loft apartment right in the heart of the action in Downtown but still very private and quiet at night. Coffee shops nearby. Strong recommend.

Overall the stay and hotel was great. Very clean. The only thing I disliked was the surrounding area that gives you a first bad impression of the hotel.
This is a very nice hotel. We went there with Uber, so we don't know what parking is like. It is not a good neighborhood in most people's eyes. Stroll down famed Santee Alley and enjoy the fun and frenetic vibe. Browse the range of clothes hanging from the walls of the stalls lining the street. Colorful umbrellas and awnings adorn this pedestrian walkway, where you’ll also find perfumes, accessories and toys.
Visit some of the hundreds of wholesale stores selling fashion items at lower retail prices. Choose from the eclectic array of beads, trims and fabrics. A trendy vibe is noticeable among the wholesale showrooms, where prestigious designers and influencers gather. Watch stylish people go by in this trendy zone.

Find the Fashion District on the southern side of the Downtown Los Angeles zone in the heart of the city. It stands between University Park, the 27th Street Historic District and the Arts District. To get here, travel by bus to one of the stops lining the zone’s streets. Visit some of the nearby attractions, such as the Grammy Museum LA Live, the STAPLES Center and the Regent Theater.
