“This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？”

“Magnificent mountain views. Although it is not close to the train station, everything is within walkable distance. (10 minutes walk to all facilities) Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with sweeping choices.”

“Parking was right at the hotel. Large rooms with large balconies that gave us a great view of the valley. Staff was very attentive, even had room service. There were two fans we could use as there was no a/c. Unfortunately our neighbors sat on their balcony laughing a drinking till at least midnight so we couldn’t keep our windows open. The room was a bit too warm. Everything was spotless and the breakfast had many different options. Very tasty. We would stay here agin in the future.”
