"Awesome house in the heart of town. Great spot for me to set as my home base to explore all the areas of New River Gorge. Would for sure recommend. Walkable to local spots for coffee or lunch/dinner. Hosts instructions were very clear. 10/10"

"Property was clean and spacious, house located on a quiet street, nice swimming pool in the back yard but gate near the pool for access to the fire pit was stuck and would not open. Also no rock climbing wall as advertised. It was nice to see deer coming around in the back yard.Comfortable beds with bathroom for most bedrooms. Very nice to have instant hot water with a tankless water heater."

"Everything was great! might want to get some number (130) on a door or in the yard somewhere. Wasnt sure if we had the right place even though the fire pit was a good sign. Also the grill is in need of some help but it worked. We had a wonderful time. Thank you"

"We really enjoyed our time in Fayetteville and this house was the best rental we have stayed in! It is well maintained and thoughtfully set up and supplied, very comfortable and the kids had lots of fun in the pool. There were other amenities and many other things to do in the area that we did not have time for- we would love to come back!"
