"Dear travelers, the hotel that we visit was terrible, the photos dont was the same of the watsapp chat, the room was small, porder, and the bathroom, have a bad shower, doesnt have any type of storages. Too have the point that minibar, was rusty. The last point is the pool, that was dirty, hot and is too small. The good points, is that was so close to the beach, and the air conditioning was good. But this dont hide the fact that the hotel is totally bad."

O atendimento do Diogo, proprietário, fez toda diferença — desde a preocupação com minha chegada, vindo de Minas Gerais, até o cuidado em saber se tudo correu bem. "This is a hard review to write - because I want to get the balance right here. The hotel itself is stunning. The people super friendly. The rooms immaculate and clean. HOWEVER…for over 24 hours of our stay we had incredibly loud generator going outside of our bedroom. No sleep at all at night - and during the day we couldn’t use the balcony that we paid extra for. The management didn’t seem at all interested in making any consolidatory gestures…just hard lined it - not our fault. My suggestion would be that anyone being allocated to our room are warned and made aware that if there is a need for the generator to kick in it will be like they are inside the engine of a jumbo jet plane - and sleep will be impossible! Such a pity as it really impacted what would have been one of our best stays whilst touring Brazil."
