“We arrived very late as our flight was delayed and were met by friendly staff despite being much later than intended.
Room was so quiet. Bed very comfortable
Ideal for flights from Gatwick, just a short walk from north terminal. Late checkout (12) also appreciated.”

“I never write reviews but I have to for this stay. I ended getting REALLY BAD food poisoning during my stay at the property and was up until 3am throwing up (5 times!!) and on the toilet. Understandably I could not move or travel the next day. I missed my flight and had slept till 12pm and was woken up by cleaning and management. I explained to them what happened and how I’d been up all night and I need to pay for another night cause I can’t leave the property let alone MY BED. I was visibly……

“Hotel was close to Gatwick and room was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Well equipped with hair dryer and coffee machine. Front staff person was very helpful and even loaned us a UK electrical adapter..!!..and the Pub/Restaurant attached was excellent, great food and so many options..!!..”

“The manager and staff at this hotel go above and beyond. My wife is disabled and travelling can be a challenge. The folks here just go out of the way to make things as easy as they can. The accessible room is large and the bathroom with its roll in shower and shower stool is well designed and functional. Top marks to all the staff.”
