There were a couple of issues that the host was very helpful in trying to resolve (ie: the WIFI was down and she contacted the provider and got it running but it took a couple of days and the microwave did not work). The beds were very comfortable. Great front desk service. This hotel opened in December 2020 so iit’s very new. The staff is still learning so be patient. The room was exceptionally clean. We did our usual Covid-19 wipe down and found no dirt or dust. Bathroom had a cool tilted toilet seat for easy access as well a smooth dismount! Bed was one of the comfiest I had ever slept in. Huge TV and very nice kitchen amenities. Very quiet microwave. Free to rent cooktops for cooking but unfortunately they had all bee in use by the...

There is a walking path right outside the hotel which runs along the river and to the Prison Museum, and is a short walk to the downtown area where many restaurants and shops are. It is also close (but just far enough we opted to drive) to 4th Ave, where we went for breakfast burritos and to the new La Michoacana Plus (side note:...

We had a great stay. We have only one suggestion for all hotels in the desert. You should put a canopy over the pool during the summer. The shade would make the pool usable even when hot, and the water would stay cooler.

We've stayed at the Marriott Fairfield Inn (rated as a 2 star hotel by Marriott) and now the Springhill Suites (3 stars) adjacent to it, here in Yuma, now. The room is a little bigger - nice to have a separate alcove with a desk - but otherwise identical to the Fairfield - including the room rate. Nice, clean, hot tub & close to Penny's Diner (recommend).

We were very happy with our room. The pillows were clean and firm, the mattress was nice and firm. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was really great. Great location and best of all no pets or smoking!! We definitely would return.
