This 1900yr old home has been fully restore with modern conveniences and is ready to be appreciated by many for it's beauty.

*4 bedroom (1 kind, 2 queens, 1 full, 2 twins) ALL UPSTAIRS

* 3 bathrooms + a extra separated double sink area

Things to do: Multiple wineries within 5mins away, as well as, downtown Douglas/ Saugatuck -10mins away, Fennville (that holds a few restaurants)- 5mins away, and Beaches are about 10-15mins away depending on which one you go to. There are multiple attractions, such as, horse back riding, dune rides, hiking trails, and several different boat tours.

You can't improve on perfection!
Seven of us who have been friends for 30 plus years couldn't have asked for a better spot to have a reunion! This home has all the charm of an old farmhouse with the amenities of modern living. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you could need for a great home-cooked meal while the location, just a few minutes from Saugatuck/Douglas, means no end of tasty restaurant options. The bedrooms were comfy, the bathrooms beautifully renovated, and the gathering spaces indoors and out perfect for lounging and visiting. They've even provided everything you could need for a beach visit including beach chairs and umbrella. Highly recommend and will be back!

Fantastic stay with more than what we needed
My husband and I and our two children under ten stayed for three nights. We had plenty of downtime to cook meals at the house, play some of the many games, and use the great hot tub. The beds are comfortable, bedding is super cozy, and the kitchen is very well equipped. We had everything we needed and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. We loved this house and can’t wait to come back.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was even better than the first. We decided to check in a night early at the last minute due to an approaching blizzard, and the host had everything ready for us with just a few hours notice. She was instantly reachable whenever we had questions and shoveled and plowed for us a few times. We stayed 3 nights and didn't leave the house except to use the hot tub. So beautiful and relaxing! We can't wait to return next year.

Annual Fall Rip
Our group of lifelong friends loved the house and the setting! This is one of the best places we have rented over the years. The manager was very welcoming. Communication was great. Very beautiful and spacious house. The kitchen has plenty of counter space as well as empty cabinets for storage.

Second time guests and our annual wellness women's retreat was a success. In large part, this was due to such excellent hosting and accomodations. House was immaculate. There were goodies waiting for us upon arrival. None of us wanted to leave. Already booking for next year. Don't hesitate, book here. It's quiet but close enough to "things" that you have all you'd need for a great vacation!

Amazing home with all you need
This old home is beautiful in both design and features. Hot tub, fire pit, and patio make the big beautiful backyard an oasis. The location was quiet, yet 20 minutes to everything we wanted to do. We would rent again!!!!
