“We stayed for 3 months during the high season Dec 1-February 28, 2015. Very comfortable, everything worked and photographs are accurate. Extremely comfortable king bed in master and plenty of towels and linens, and a well stocked kitchen as well. Pool was only steps away and very refreshing. The unit was a little on the dark side and the complex attracted a lot of seniors, but overall, a 5 star stay!”

“Ilya was a very attentive host. He responded quickly to all of our questions and requests. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook a few meals. The pools were incredible and it’s a very short walk to the beach. One thing to note, it’s on a hill and there are lots of steep paths to get around the complex. There are some stairs too. ”

David, the owner, was very helpful with recommendations, etc. This was our first time to Costa Rica and couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. David was proactive asking about out arrival times etc, letting us know the space was avaiable early and notified us we could check out late if needed.
