Good location on the beach. Got Montezuma’s revenge from the water. Be careful. Food was good and plentiful but all vegetables and fruits were washed in water, ice cubes from water, “watered” down booze in the room and free drinks also were “watered”down. Spent 2 days in bed and bathroom. In a place that is 80 and 90 degrees everyday with high humidity it’s hard to navigate around not drinking or eating anything associated with water, not using ice. Minibar in room has can sodas and large sealed bottles of water which is fine but in all restaurants they graciously pour glasses of water to you at all meals and you end up taking a sip. Costa Rica is a beautiful country with lovely people but it’s a 3rd world country. Be careful what you drink. Grounds were lovely and pools were huge. We were Costa Rica before in another area and had no problem. Heard the Gold Coast has some water problems. Really nice spot with many amenities - be careful what you drink.

We stayed in the Ron Ron suite. Wonderful views. Great food and service at the restaurant. Hotel was difficult to find since it was the evening. The viewing platform had great views but lots of bugs and ants up there.

Was a perfect vacation! Yes it needs updating bit it was top notch

Our family used this as our last night stop close to the airport (LIR). It was just a key code to access the property with simple instructions to follow. The property was secure and private. Everything was new and very clean. Since we were traveling it was so nice they provided bathroom amenities, washer and dryer and full kitchen. The shower at this place was amazing and very relaxing. The best part was being given access to the beach club (5 min drive or 20 min walk). We went there and spent time at the beach and swimming in the pool. They offered outdoor showers, rentals of surf/boogie boards lounge chairs, etc.The pool was warm so my kids swam for hours. The offered drinks and a full menu. The staff was very friendly. Overall it was a great location and great stay.

It was an incredible experience - the hotel, the staff, and of course the paradise location. Special thanks to Luis, for his constant desire to help and serve pushed the experience over the top!
